Local Services 360 provides Smart Website design, development, and ongoing operational services including AI Front Desk functionality, CRM integration, workflow automation, and reporting for small and medium-sized businesses.

Payment Terms

Each plan includes a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly operating fee. Setup fees may be paid in full or split into installments. Monthly fees begin upon launch of the Smart Website and are billed monthly. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

Service Delivery

After purchase and onboarding completion, we will build and configure your Smart Website according to your selected tier. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of your setup and the completeness of information provided.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, logos, images, and content necessary for website construction. Delays in providing materials may affect delivery timelines.

Limitation of Liability

Local Services 360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
